FIRST STAGE FROM

JAN 2024 TO DEC 2025

The first stage will consist of 30 single family residences on approximately a half acre private property. There will be 4 kilometers of vegetation corridors alone in the first phase.  In addition, each house will be separated by a nature vegetation hedge. 

Phase 2 and 3 will consist of 30 and 25 homes and will be completed in 2025 and 2026, respectively.
