Second Stage – On Sale now – Phase 2 will consist of 28 new tropical contemporary homes on larges lots of approximately a half acre.

Third Stage

Will consist of 20 new tropical contemporary homes on large ESTATE lots of approximately a half acre and a full acre and will start construction in 2026.
