This will consist of 28 single family residences on approximately a half acre private property. There will be several designated vegetation corridors throughout the project and the Finca, a separate 2.5 acre area solely used for vegetation (fruits and vegetables). In addition, each house will be separated by a nature vegetation hedge.

PRIVATE Pools are Included on ALL models. Adding an unattached Casita (2/1) is wonderful complement available on all models and homesites.
