There are 5 standard floor plans with the option of a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath Casita. Depending on the specifics, buyers have the option to adjust the floor plans.  Change fees could apply. 

Sanara is expected to commence construction on infrastructure in Q4 of 2023 and the first houses will commence in April 2024. The initial home deliveries are expected in Q1/Q4 2025. 

Yes, financing is available for both foreign and national buyers. Ask your sales representative for specifics.

At the heart of life at Sanara is the vast network of vegetation corridors for owners and guests to enjoy. Owners will enjoy fresh Avocados, mangos, papayas, limes, star fruit, bananas, plantains, beets, kale, tomatoes and many more.

Reserva conchal is a gated community with 24 hour security. 

EDGE (“Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies”) is a green building standard and an international green building certification system focused on making buildings more resource-efficient.  It is presently used in over 100 countries.   It was a green building solution created by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.   EDGE provides guidelines to optimize building designs to use less energy, water, and sustainable materials. Sanara is obtaining EDGE certification

Within walking distance is CRIA -Costa Rica International Academy, a US accredited private college preparatory school – K-12. CRIS is less than a 1 KM and La Paz Academy is only a 5 minute drive from Sanara.

Sanara is part of reserve conchal. Owners and guests have access to the world class beach club, restaurants, 18-hole championship golf course, gym, co-working areas, game areas, hiking trails, tennis courts, bike trails and more.

Yes, Sanara will have several courts, a short walk or drive from the community at the sports complex.  Tennis courts and a gym are also located here.

At the community HUB, there will be fruis and vegetable stand for neighbors to enjoy. There is a smoothie bar to blend the days harvest.

Owners have kilometers of trails within the condominium, co-working area, playground and slash park for kids (and young at heart adults) to enjoy.
