Being ideal for refreshing or doing long training sessions in our swimming pavilion with the privilege of being located in front of the sea with beautiful views of the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Each member can enjoy access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, the beachfront Neenda restaurant, an exclusive rooftop, water sports equipment, bicycles, co-working space, special spa rates, tennis courts, and more.

With our multiple restaurants in Reserva Conchal, every taste of each resident can be satisfied, you can visit Cocina de Mercado, Latitud 10 Norte, Zona Azul, Living Room or Wet Deck at W Hotel to enjoy unique local dishes and a tasty trip through the world.

The beach club’s main restaurant and bar with pool service, Neenda, is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 9:00 p.m. m. offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and mixology. With international and local artisan cuisine, Neenda sits poolside facing beautiful Playa Conchal. It is an open restaurant with three areas: pool terrace, main floor and bar area.

Our club features an 18-hole, Audubon-certified championship course designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones II. It also has an extensive practice facility, a pro shop, guest services, golf lessons for adults and children, golf carts for use on the course, club rentals, and access to the Neenda Restaurant at the Beach Club.

The Golf Club is a private club, open to owners of Reserva Conchal, guests of Westin Reserva Conchal and W Costa Rica, and Troon International members who have special rates and conditions to use it.

project Timeline

First stage

The first stage will consist of 30 single family residences on approximately half acre private lots. There will be 4 vegetation corridors in the first phase. In addition, each house will be separated by a natural fence.

Second Stage

Second Stage - On Sale now - Phase 2 will consist of 28 new tropical contemporary homes on larges lots of approximately a half acre and will start construction in 2025

Third stage

Will consist of 20 new tropical contemporary homes on larges lots of approximately a half acre and a full acre and will start construction in 2026.
